During process, water is sprayed over the containers from different angles, steam can go through the other loop of the heat exchanger to heat the process water or directly injected into vessel.

·Suitable containers: glass bottle containers,tinplate cans, aluminum cans, PP bottles, HDPE bottles, aluminum foil bag, transparent bag,vacuum bag, high- temperature cooking bag, etc.
·Sterilizing temperature and sterilizing time can be adjusted according to technological process requirements..The whole retort sterilizing system is made of food-grade SUS304 material.
·PLC touch screen automatic control, paperless recorder,with safety protection device, steam and water mixer heating, automatic temperature control and sterilizing temperature between 80-143ºC adjustable. Control parts are all adopted by famous brand to keep high performance of the whole machine.
