COMPOSITE CURING SYSTEMS
Thermal curing is a critical step in manufacturing quality composite materials. Traditionally, most composite parts required autoclaves for proper curing. Today, low cost out-of-autoclave curing of aerospace-grade composite parts is possible using a vacuum bagging system with a walk-in batch oven. The process is precisely controlled and monitored to ensure void-free composite parts.

Autoclave molding is a single-sided mold, using the vacuum bag sealed after the negative pressure to pressurize the product, and finally curing molding. The process is as follows: prepare the mold and apply the release agent - lay the reinforcement material - lay the release cloth - lay the pipeline and rubber strip - lay the vacuum bag sealing - curing - release the mold.
The advantages of this molding method are low cost, high material utilization rate, wide application range, stable and reliable process. The disadvantage is that the temperature control accuracy is poor, and the a need to increase the molding auxiliary equipment and auxiliary materials. for free, but the transportation cost shall be on your side.
