1. 2. Pressure control is also critical, and the working pressure range is usually 0.5-1.5MPa. At the beginning of the autoclave pressurization, the pressure of 0.5-0.8MPa squeezes out the air and excess resin between the prepreg layers to eliminate bubbles; as the temperature rises and the resin viscosity decreases, the pressure gradually increases to 1.0-1.5MPa to ensure that the resin fully penetrates the fiber layer and the layers of material fit tightly. The holding time depends on the material system and the thickness of the product, generally 1-3 hours, to ensure that the resin is completely cured and a dense composite material structure is formed.

3. The intelligent control system presets multiple sections of temperature rise/fall curves and pressure change curves through the PLC program. For example, the temperature rises slowly according to the set slope during the heating stage. After reaching the curing temperature, the temperature and pressure are kept constant for a period of time, and then the temperature is reduced at a rate of 1-2ºC/min. The pressure can be released and the can can be opened only when the temperature drops below 60ºC. Combined with the real-time feedback of the pressure sensor and the temperature sensor, the system can control the process error within the range of ±2ºC and ±0.05MPa, ensuring that the yield rate of mass production is stable at more than 98%.

4.
