Composite Autoclave
A composite curing autoclave is a pressurized oven that is used to cure composite materials. The temperature inside the autoclave can be increased and decreased at a controlled rate. The autoclave is filled with compressed air, which helps the composite part conform to a mold, and in combination with a vacuum bag, forces air out of parts to ensure a high-quality final part . Autoclaves used for composite bonding in the aerospace, and other high-performance industries must be built with extra care and attention to detail. These autoclaves are held to a much greater standard than autoclave systems used for vulcanizing, wood treatment, concrete curing, etc.
The MOSEN composite autoclave utilizes an advanced control system called CPC to control the temperature, pressure, vacuum, and cure times based on engineered cure recipes and readings gathered from the sensors that are attached directly to the aerospace composite parts and tools during a cure cycle.

Honestly, it depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Generally speaking, the production lead time is within 10-15days, however, we suggest that you start inquiry two months before the date you would like to get the products at your country.
