What are the advantages of the tuna steaming high-temperature and high-pressure treatment tank?

1. Efficient Cooking: Tuna is usually large in size. The high-temperature and high-pressure environment can accelerate heat transfer, allowing the interior and exterior of the tuna to be heated simultaneously. It can steam the tuna to perfection in a short period, significantly improving production efficiency, which is crucial for large-scale food processing enterprises. For example, a large tuna might take a long time to cook thoroughly using traditional steaming methods, but in a high-temperature and high-pressure treatment tank, the required time can be reduced several times.

Retention of Nutrients: Compared with some other cooking methods like prolonged frying or baking, high-temperature and high-pressure steaming can better preserve the nutritional components of tuna.
