Tinplate Cans/Glass Bottles/Sauces Reverse Pressure Spray High-Temperature Sterilizer Retort
The spray sterilizer uses nozzles and spray pipes to spray mist-like wavy hot water onto the surface of the food, so not only is the temperature uniform without dead corners, but the water is heated and cooled through the heat exchanger, heating and cooling. The cooling speed is rapid, and it can sterilize the products in the pot efficiently, comprehensively, quickly and stably.
Therefore, it is suitable for various food and beverage products such as glass bottles, tinplate, plastic bottles, etc., and is especially suitable for the sterilization of soft packaged foods.

Features of the spray sterilizing pot equipment produced by our company:
1. Rapid heating up:
A small amount of circulating water enters the pot, and an imported rate heat exchanger is used. The packaging can quickly heat up from 20° to 121° in 10-15 minutes.
2. The temperature inside the tank is stable and the heat distribution is uniform:
The hot water spray system is equipped with a series of nozzles at the four corners of each tray in the treatment tank to fully contact the atomized hot water with the product, thus ensuring consistent temperatures at all points inside the equipment.
3. Save energy:
The steam condensation water recovery system can directly recover the condensation water generated by the heat exchanger during the heating process and use it as circulating water for sterilization, thereby reducing energy consumption.
4. Indirect heating and cooling to prevent secondary pollution:
The circulating water is indirectly heated or cooled through the plate heat exchanger. The circulating water in the pot remains in a sterile state when it is heated or cooled. After sterilization is completed, no water droplets will remain on the surface of the pot and the packaging bag after they are dried. There are small white scale spots, and the entire packaging bag is transparent and clean, preventing secondary pollution.
Sterilizers are widely used in food, juice, pharmaceutical, chemical, beverage and other industries as a necessary equipment for high-temperature heating sterilization and extending the shelf life of food and beverages.
