Product Description

There are two main types of rubber autoclaves based on the working principle:

• Steam Hot-Air Vulcanizing Autoclave: Steam enters the cooling fins in the tank through automatic valves, and a draft fan ensures even heat distribution, creating a uniform temperature field to prevent quality variation due to uneven temperature and pressure .
• Electricity Hot-Air Vulcanizing Autoclave: Electric heated tubes are controlled by separate switches, and only one or two groups are kept working after reaching the working temperature, saving energy and reducing costs. This design ensures even temperature and pressure within the tank .
