1. The "double spray retort machine " is divided into two tanks, the top tank is the preheating water tank, and the bottom tank is the sterilization tank, the top tank can preheat the sterilization water, directly into the bottom tank spray pipe after preheating, and then through the spray nozzle will map out the hot water mist, uniform spray on the product, after reaching the sterilization time, the hot water is recycled by the circulating pump to the top tank.
2. For the next sterilization use. This method can effectively retain the original taste of food, does not cause the loss of protein and other nutrients, and the design of preheating water on the tank will make the sterilization more efficient and direct, avoiding the appearance damage caused by high-temperature water on food cooking in the early stage.
