Large Vacuum Autoclave Carbon Fiber Composite Autoclave Bulletproof Glass Vacuum Autoclave Manufacturer
The autoclave process is the main method for manufacturing continuous fiber reinforced composite parts. It is widely used in high-tech fields such as aerospace, rail transit, automotive glass, sports and leisure, and new energy. The composite products produced by the autoclave process account for more than 50% of the entire composite product output, and the proportion in the aerospace field is even more. Up to more than 80%. Autoclave has the following advantages:
♦ Uniform pressure: Use compressed air or inert gas (N2,CO2) or mixed gas to inflate and pressurize the autoclave. The pressure acting on the normal line of each point on the surface of the vacuum bag is the same, so that the components are formed and solidified under uniform pressure;
♦ Uniform temperature: the heating (or cooling) gas circulates at high speed in the tank, and the gas temperature at each point in the tank is basically the same. Under the premise of a reasonable mold structure, it can be ensured that the temperature difference at each point during the heating and cooling process of the components sealed on the mold is small;
♦ Wide scope of application: The temperature and pressure conditions of the autoclave can meet almost all molding process requirements of polymer matrix composite materials;
♦The process is stable and reliable: the pressure and temperature in the autoclave are uniform, which can ensure the stable quality of molded parts. The components manufactured by the autoclave process have lower porosity and uniform resin content. Compared with other molding processes, the mechanical properties of the parts prepared by the autoclave process are stable and reliable. So far, the vast majority of composite material products used in the field of protection and security use hot pressing autoclave equipment.

The carbon fiber composite autoclave process is a common molding method. The prepreg is cured in a vacuum state through the heating, pressurization, vacuum, etc. of the autoclave, using the uniform temperature and uniform pressure provided simultaneously in the autoclave. So what is the heating process of the carbon fiber autoclave?
The heating stage of the composite autoclave. It is necessary to choose a reasonable heating rate. For large parts, the heating should be slow so that the entire part is heated evenly. 3°C/min is a commonly used heating rate. At this stage, vacuum pressure is mainly used, and a certain amount of pressure can be applied depending on the situation.
In the heat preservation stage of the autoclave, the temperature and time maintained are different for different resin matrices. The main purpose of this stage is to melt the resin, impregnate the fiber, remove volatile matter, and gradually solidify the resin to a gel state. The molding pressure at this stage is 1/3~1/2 of the full pressure. Allow part of the resin to flow out to ensure that the final resin content of the part meets the design requirements.
Continue the heating phase. After the glue absorption stage, the resin matrix has reached a semi-solidified state, the solvent and low molecular weight volatiles are fully discharged, and the temperature is sublimated to the curing temperature. The curing reaction of thermosetting resin is an exothermic reaction, and heat is released during the curing process. If the temperature rises too fast, the curing reaction speed will be accelerated sharply, and a large amount of heat will be released in a concentrated area, which will cause the material to be burned locally. This phenomenon is called explosion. Gathering must be avoided.
During the thermal insulation and hot pressing stage of the composite autoclave, the temperature at this time is the resin curing temperature, and the resin matrix is further cured. Full pressure must be applied at this stage in order to fully compact the layers between the resin layers during the continued curing process. . The period from adding full pressure to the end of the entire hot pressing is called the hot pressing stage. The time from reaching the specified hot pressing temperature to the end of hot pressing is called constant temperature time. The temperature, pressure and constant temperature time in the hot pressing stage are important process parameters in the molding process and must be strictly controlled according to the formula of the wax matrix used.
Cooling stage of composite autoclave. Under the condition of maintaining a certain pressure, adopt natural cooling or forced cooling to a certain temperature or room temperature, then release the pressure and take out the product. If the cooling time is too short, it is easy to cause warping, cracking, etc. of the product. If the cooling time is too long, it will not significantly help the product quality, but it will lengthen the production cycle. Therefore, a reasonable cooling time is also an important part of improving product quality.

1.We will deliver your composite autoclave by LCL/20'FCL/40'FCL depending on your order.
2. Before delivery, our professional technician will do trial run for each product to check until everything is functional, you also can come to our factory and test our machine together with us.
When loading, our workers will fix the rubber autoclave tightly with wire rope so that the carbon fiber composite autoclave can't move in the container.

We promises the top quality of every set of machine and best.
1.The autoclave body guarantee is five years, for accessories one year.
2.During the guarantee period , if the main body defective or broken without wrong operating , we must replace the parts for free or prepare the spare-parts for free.
3.we should provide autoclave technical service and operation guidance for whole life long.
4.Regarding to the installation and training , the buyer should take all the correlative charges (accommodation and food , round -trip tickets).
