The spray sterilizer retort injects a small amount of process water to a predetermined position (the product cannot be soaked). The water is injected into the spray pipe through a high-efficiency circulation pump-filter-high-efficiency heat exchanger, and then the hot water is sprayed out through the spray nozzle. It is transformed to the surface of the food, and the heat is evenly distributed in the pot without sterilizing dead corners. The water is heated and cooled through the heat exchanger. The heating and cooling speeds are rapid, and the products can be sterilized efficiently, comprehensively and stably.

The Functions Of The Spray Sterilizer

(1) Higher degree of automation:
The sterilizing pot uses 15 pneumatic valves to automatically control water addition, water replenishment, temperature rise, heat preservation, pressure control, sewage discharge and other processes. It has fault diagnosis functions and can set process formulas, three-stage heating, gentle cooling, etc.

(2) Purified water sterilization:
It adopts Japanese Ono condensation water collection technology and uses a water adding pump when adding water, so the water adding speed is fast.

(3) Indirect heating and cooling to prevent secondary pollution:
The circulating water is indirectly heated or cooled through the plate heat exchanger to prevent secondary pollution.

(4) Suitable for various packaging materials:
Since cold water is not directly injected into the pot during the cooling process, a gentle cooling speed can be adopted for fragile glass bottle packaging to avoid bottle breakage due to excessive temperature differences. This feature is also suitable for shellfish, such as clams. Too much cooling temperature difference, or too much heating temperature difference will cause the shell to break.

(5) Perfect pressure control, suitable for sterilization of gas-containing packaging:
The pressure balance system is crucial for the sterilization of gas-containing packaging, especially during the heating or cooling stages, which require pressure control. The control system shell continuously monitors the temperature and pressure within the treatment tank and corrects the tank pressure to correspond to the pressure within the packaging. Packages containing any percentage of air or gas filling, or packages sealed under vacuum, can be sterilized without damaging or deforming the package or its contents. This system is different from other systems in that various pressure modes suitable for any product can be pre-programmed and entered into the computer.
