Product Description

The working principle of the double water bath sterilizer pot:

1. High temperature short time sterilization, the use of double tank hot water circulation for sterilization,the water in the bridge tank is far hot to the temperature required for bacteria, shorten the sterilization time, the sterilization temperature starting point is high, protect the product quality.
2. After the sterilization of the hot water recovery of the top tank, the working medium used in the process of fire bacteria can be recycled, saving tight gas, energy consumption and sterilization time as well as human and material resources consumption, greatly reducing the production cost.
3. Uniform water flow exchange mode, temperature balance, there is no dead Angle in the kettle. The use of hot water circulation, immersion sterilization, in the sterilization process, the circulating water in the sterilization tank is up, and the next is constantly switched, to ensure that the sterilization tank from open, moisturizing to clean, Renzhang point of the heat division and filling uniform, effectively eliminate the phenomenon of dead comers in the sterilization process, so that the product shelf life is more stable and long-term.
4. Computer automatic control system, the entire sterilization process is all controlled by computer PLC, one time completion, no heart operation. Using chart plate using screen touch control, all times are controlled by analog sensor and automatic valve, can be changed from a single sterilization process to a multi-stage sterilization process.
5. PLC program control, can store more than 100 sets of sterilization formula, sterilization to achieve standardization.
6. Each equipment can be equipped with FO value control system, all sterilization data, including sterilization conditions,F value, time-temperature curve, time-pressure curve, etc. can be saved or printed after data processing software, so as to facilitate production management and make sterilization more scientific.
