Instructions:
1. Check the equipment: Before use, check whether the safety valve, pressure gauge, temperature gauge and other indications of the vulcanization autoclave are normal to ensure that the equipment is in good working condition.
2. Place the products: Place the rubber products to be vulcanized into the vulcanization autoclave, paying attention to the placement and spacing of the products to ensure the vulcanization effect.
3. Heating and vulcanization: Close the vulcanization autoclave door, open the steam valve, and introduce steam into the vulcanization autoclave for heating. Set the appropriate temperature and time according to the vulcanization process requirements of rubber products.
4. Vulcanization is completed: When the temperature and pressure in the vulcanization autoclave reach the set value, keep it for a period of time to allow the rubber product to complete the vulcanization process.
5. Take out the product: After vulcanization is completed, close the steam valve, open the vulcanization autoclave door, and take out the vulcanized rubber product.
