Customized Industrial Carbon Fiber Composite Prepreg Curing Oven Glass Laminating Autoclave For SuperYachts Carbon Fiber Prototype Parts
Shandong Mosen Machinery Co. ltd company specializes in Carbon Fiber Composite Prepreg Curing Autoclaves with more than 15 years of experience. We can do customized designs to your needs.
1. Autoclaving is a process that ensures the highest quality of carbon fiber-reinforced polymer (CFRP) composite structures used in aviation. During the autoclave process, consolidation of prepreg laminas through simultaneously elevated pressure and temperature results in a uniform high-end material system.
2. This work focuses on analyzing fundamentally the applications of pressure and temperature separately during prepreg consolidation. A controlled pressure vessel (press-clave) has been designed that applies pressure during the curing process while the temperature is being applied locally by heat blankets.
3. This vessel gives the ability to design manufacturing processes with different pressures while applying temperature at desired regions of the composite. The pressure's role on the curing extent and its effect on the interlayer region are also tested to evaluate the consolidation of prepregs to a completely uniform material.
4. Such studies may also be used to provide insight into the morphology of interlayer reinforcement concepts, which are widely used in featherweight composites. Specimens manufactured by press-clave, which separates pressure from heat, are analytically tested and compared to autoclaved specimens to demonstrate the suitability of the press-clave to manufacture high-quality composites with excessively reduced cost.

This equipment is mainly for carbon fiber materials carbon plates, pipe fittings, auto parts, sporting goods, helmets, aerospace accessories, high temperature and high pressure curing molding, autoclaves are currently used in the composite products industry curing molding is far better than vacuum flow technology, molding technology.
Composite Autoclave molding is a single-sided mold, using a vacuum bag sealed after the negative pressure to pressurize the product, and finally curing molding. The process is as follows: prepare the mold and apply the release agent - lay the reinforcement material - lay the release cloth - lay the pipeline and rubber strip - lay the vacuum bag sealing - curing - release the mold.
The advantages of this molding method are low cost, high material utilization rate, wide application range, and stable and reliable process. The disadvantage is that the temperature control accuracy is poor, and the a need to increase the molding auxiliary equipment and auxiliary materials. For example, carbon fiber robotic arms, carbon fiber helmets, etc., can be formed by autoclave
We will deliver your composite autoclave by LCL/20'FCL/40'FCL depending on your order.
Before delivery, our professional technician will do a trial run for each product to check until everything is functional, you also can come to our factory and test our machine together with us.
When loading, our workers will fix the mushroom autoclave tightly with wire rope so that the retorts can't move in the container.
