Composite  Autoclave molding process is one of the main molding processes of carbon fiber products, autoclave molding process has the following main characteristics:
(1) Uniform temperature. The tank is equipped with a fan and a duct, and the hot air circulates at high speed to make the temperature of each point in the tank more uniform;
(2) Uniform pressure. Compressed air is used to inflate and pressurize the tank, so that the pressure in the tank is equal, so that the composite component can be cured and formed under uniform pressure.
(3) Wide range of application. Because of the large size of the autoclave, it is suitable for large components with complex structure and profile.
(4) High efficiency. The autoclave has a large volume, so two or more layers of molds can be placed at a time, and even multiple components can be cured together. High efficiency, can greatly reduce the product delivery cycle.
