The working principle of the pet food canned spray sterilizer mainly includes the following steps:
1. Process water treatment: First, a small amount of process water is injected into the sterilization pot to reach a predetermined position without soaking the product.
2. High-efficiency circulation: Water, filters and high-efficiency heat exchangers are connected through a high-efficiency circulation pump to form a closed circulation system.
3. Heat exchange: Water is heated and cooled through a high-efficiency heat exchanger to achieve the purpose of heating and cooling. This process can change the temperature quickly because of the efficient heat exchange properties of the heat exchanger.
4. Spray sterilization: The heated and cooled water is sprayed into atomized form through the spray nozzle, covering the food surface evenly. This spray method ensures even heat distribution in the pot and no sterilization dead corners.
5. Maintain the temperature: In order to achieve the effect of killing bacteria, it is necessary to keep the water temperature at the limit that the bacteria can withstand for a period of time. In this way, the bacteria will be killed.
6. Cooling: After sterilization is completed, the water temperature is lowered to a safe range through a heat exchanger, and then the product can be removed from the pot.
Throughout the process, due to the design of the spray nozzle and the optimization of the circulation system, it can be ensured that all products are evenly exposed to hot water, thereby achieving a comprehensive and stable sterilization effect.
Sterilization process of sterilization retort
1. Load the packaged products into the sterilizing pot and close the pot door.
2. Preheating: Add water to the upper tank to the set water level, enter steam, and preheat to the required temperature.
3. Water: Pour water from the upper tank into the lower tank.
4. Sterilization: The circulation pump continuously circulates the sterilization water in the closed-circuit system. The water completely submerges the sterilization object. As the steam enters the sterilization pot, the temperature of the circulating water continues to increase and is finally controlled at the required temperature. The pressure inside the tank is adjusted within the ideal range through the pressure valve and pressure relief valve.
5. Recycling: The circulation pump pumps the sterilizing water back to the upper tank for sterilization of the next batch of food.
6. Cooling: Cold water begins to enter the pot, and the temperature of the sterilizing object continues to decrease until it reaches the set temperature.
7. Drainage: The cooling water is discharged through the drain valve, and the pressure in the pot is released through the exhaust valve.
8. After the cooling is completed, the pressure in the pot is released through the exhaust valve, the air introduction valve is opened, the pressure in the pot is zero, and the product is discharged.
