Steam enters from the bottom of the tank. The steam inlet is set at the bottom of the tank and is controlled by an automatic valve (pneumatic angle seat valve). The steam diffusion tubes are arranged vertically at the bottom of the tank. The steam holes in the diffusion tubes are densely arranged according to certain rules and angles to ensure that steam enters. After entering the tank, the temperature spreads evenly around to prevent uneven heating of the product caused by uneven steam diffusion. After setting the working program, the control system automatically performs air intake, exhaust, heating, heat preservation, vulcanization, etc. After vulcanization is completed, it emits an audible and visual alarm and automatically stops working.
