Rubber vulcanizing autoclave is a device used for vulcanizing rubber products. The vulcanization process is mainly completed by steam or hot air heating. According to different classification standards, rubber vulcanizing autoclaves can be divided into the following categories:

Classification by heating method

1. Direct heating vulcanizing autoclave: Steam is directly introduced into the autoclave for heating.

2. Indirect heating vulcanizing autoclave: The autoclave is equipped with steam heat dissipation pipes for heating. In the past, a jacket structure was used, but this structure was troublesome to manufacture and is now basically not used.

Classification by vulcanized products

1. Rubber shoe vulcanizing autoclave: Specially used for vulcanizing rubber shoes.

2. Hose vulcanizing autoclave: Used for vulcanizing rubber hoses, usually direct steam heating is used.

3. Rubber tape and rubber roller vulcanizing autoclave: In order to prevent the rubber from softening and flowing during the vulcanization process, a rubber tape roll or rubber roller rotation transmission device is provided.

Main features
Structure: The vulcanizing autoclave is usually a cylindrical container with a convex head, which can be divided into vertical and horizontal types. A conveying track is set at the bottom of the horizontal vulcanizing autoclave to facilitate the entry and exit of the carts loaded with vulcanized rubber products.
Heating method: steam heating, hot air heating or electric heating can be used.
Safety: The vulcanizing autoclave is subjected to alternating loads. During operation, the end cover can only be opened after the internal pressure is completely relieved. A locking device for pressure relief and quick door opening is installed to prevent safety accidents.

1. High safety: Six-level safety interlocking is used to ensure safety during use, including automatic pressure safety interlocking, safety manual interlocking, ultra-high pressure alarm, automatic safety valve, automatic pressure control, manual exhaust valve, etc., to ensure that the autoclave door cannot be opened as long as there is pressure in the autoclave during production, and the safety hazards caused by misoperation are completely solved.

2. Automatic control: The control system can completely eliminate human participation in the entire vulcanization process, from heating, insulation, vulcanization, etc., all are completed automatically, and the entire process can be realized by turning on the control switch, saving time, worry and cost, and ensuring product quality.

3. Inflatable seal: As long as there is pressure in the autoclave, there will be no leakage. The main device is the use of an inflatable sealing ring. As long as there is pressure, the sealing ring will protrude outward and hit the autoclave door.

4. autoclave door design: The manual door opening design is used, which is convenient, fast and safe. The operator can open the door directly by turning the handle (due to the function of the safety device, it must be opened when there is no pressure in the autoclave). The autoclave door will not be unable to open due to power outages; and the bearings are specially made, wear-resistant and durable, with a service life of more than 10 years.

5. Simple and convenient operation: using advanced manufacturing technology and design concepts with convenient and simple automatic control system, it only takes 15 minutes for operators to learn the entire operation process, and the vulcanization effect is good and the performance is stable.

6. Good insulation effect: 50mm thick glass wool insulation material is placed on the outside of the autoclave body, fixed support and steel plate are added, so that heat is not wasted as much as possible during use, energy consumption is saved by 20% compared with other insulation methods, and the insulation effect will not decrease within 10 years.
