Rubber Vulcanizing Autoclave
Vulcanization tank is the earliest vulcanization equipment for rubber products. Raw rubber products are put into the vulcanization tank through the double action of temperature and pressure to turn raw rubber into ripe rubber. Mainly used in rubber roller, rubber hose, rubber shoes, cable and other rubber industry.
Vulcanization tank is divided into: direct steam vulcanization tank, electric steam vulcanization tank, electric heating air vulcanization tank (electric dry burning vulcanization tank), indirect heating vulcanization tank (steam indirect heating, thermal oil indirect heating)
1. Direct steam vulcanization tank: steam enters the vulcanization tank for heating and pressurization through the external boiler, and the tank itself does not have heating function. Mainly used in the industry for roller, hose, cable. Vulcanized all kinds of ordinary rubber, silicone.
2. Electric heating air vulcanization tank: The use of special 304 stainless steel electric heat pipe heating fast, long service life. This design can effectively save power consumption and reduce the cost of vulcanization. It is mainly used in canister of canvas shoes
3. Electric steam vulcanization tank: electric heat pipe heating water to produce electric steam. Special stainless steel flanged electric heat pipe heating fast, long service life.
