The autoclave usually uses a built-in fully sealed universal motor, which is placed at the tail of the autoclave body and is used to circulate air or other heating media in the autoclave. The fan must be able to effectively cool, and the speed can be adjusted through computer control and variable speed. It can intelligently change speed according to the curing process. It should also be equipped with automatic motor over-temperature protection and alarm.
4. Cooling system: The cooling system is usually divided into two channels, one is used to cool the air in the tank, and the other is used to cool the motors such as fans. The cooling system is usually equipped with a water cooling tower and water pump, and the water inlet has a filter device. The cooling system includes main cooling and pre-cooling, and the cooling process can be controlled by the computer according to the temperature status of the autoclave. There is a drainage device at the low point of the heat exchanger, which can drain the remaining water in the heat exchanger.
5. Pressure system: The pressure system is used to regulate the pressure inside the tank. The pressure system is mainly divided into air compressor, air storage tank, pressure control, compensation system and pressure discharge pipeline muffler device. Pressure silencing should meet relevant industrial noise specifications and rate specifications. The pressure is automatically controlled and compensated by the computer according to process needs.
6. Vacuum system: The vacuum system mainly evacuates the parts. When composite materials are cured, parts are usually sealed on the parts by vacuum bags and sealing tapes. Before the parts are cured, the vacuum bags and parts in the mold need to be evacuated to prevent air from entering during the curing process of the parts. Automatic vacuuming and vacuum measuring pipelines are arranged on the inner wall of the autoclave to detect separation and automatically cut off. Each vacuum pipeline needs to be equipped with an atmospheric pipeline and a resin collector. The resin collector is used to collect condensed and liquefied resin. All vacuum pipelines are made of stainless steel, and the atmospheric ventilation function can be automatically controlled. Each vacuum line is equipped with vacuum hose, quick connector, plug, and mold vacuum nozzle. The degree of vacuum is automatically controlled by the computer according to the process program. During operation, when one of the vacuum tubes leaks, the computer will automatically close the vacuum tube to avoid affecting the quality of other pipelines.
