The entire vulcanization process is completed by electrically drying air, with automatic control of temperature, pressure, and vulcanization time. It is a new energy-saving and environmentally friendly vulcanization equipment developed by our company based on the reference of domestic and foreign vulcanization autoclave.

Based on feedback from domestic and foreign customers, its performance is significantly better than other vulcanization equipment, which not only saves environmental protection but also facilitates query and management.

The heat transfer fins are arranged in a regular pattern in the autoclave, from top to bottom, left and right. The high-temperature fan evenly disperses heat from front to back through the temperature circulation plate, and the heat is pushed back to the fan guide cover after closing the door. The concentrated air guide cover promotes more uniform circulation and diffusion of heat in the autoclave, optimizing thermal circulation and conduction efficiency. The heat circulates back and forth in the autoclave, forming a uniform temperature field, with uniform temperature and no dead corners, and constant pressure. Solved the problem of uneven temperature and pressure inside the autoclave, which leads to different product quality. After setting the work program, the control system will automatically perform heating, insulation, vulcanization and other tasks. After vulcanization is completed, it will automatically stop and emit an audible and visual alarm prompt.

We will deliver the retort machine  by LCL/20'FCL/40'FCL depending on your order.
Before delivery, our professional technician will do a trial run for each product to check until everything is functional, you also can come to our factory and test our machine together with us.
When loading, our workers will fix the retorts tightly with wire rope so that the retorts can't move in the container.
