1. Pre-vacuum stage: Before adding antiseptic agents, the wood is first vacuumed. The purpose of this step is to extract air from the wood, which will help the preservative agent to better soak into the wood.
2. Add anti-corrosion agent: While maintaining a vacuum, add an anti-corrosion agent into the autoclave through a specific valve.
3. Pressure phase: When the wood autoclave is filled with an antiseptic agent, the vacuum is released and the pressure begins to increase. The pressure rises to 1.0-1.4MPa, and this pressure is maintained until the prescribed amount of preservative is completely injected into the wood.
4. Pressure relief and discharge of preservative: When the specified total absorption of anti-corrosion is reached, release the pressure in the autoclave.
5. Post-vacuum stage: After the preservative in the wood preservation autoclave is discharged, the autoclave is evacuated again. The purpose of this step is to extract some of the preservatives in the cell cavity and excess preservatives on the wood surface to reduce dripping when leaving the autoclave.
6. Open the can and take out the wood after restoring the atmosphere: After completing all the above steps, restore the atmospheric pressure in the can, then open the can door and take out the treated wood.
